No Proof of Identity

What can be done when a person has no acceptable proof of identity?

When a person has no proof of identity to complete a notarization, or proof of identity is very difficult to get, there is an option to use an alternate method as proof of identity through the use of one or two witnesses who know the signer by name, and who know the signer personally. If the notary public knows the witness personally, then one credible witness is sufficient. If not, then two credible witnesses will be required. Please see the criteria to be sure the use of a credible witness or credible witnesses will work for you: Credible Witness Criteria
