Power of Attorney Certification

A copy of a Power of Attorney document may be certified by a notary public. Unlike other notarial certificates, the copy certification for a Power of Attorney is attached as a cover page to the copy of the instead of the back.

The Certified Copy of a Power of Attorney attests that the certified copy is a true and correct copy of the original, and carries the same legal weight as the original Power of Attorney.
